LOL, I just had to post this.
Some dude made an Amiga 1200 “notebook”. The kind of hack where you mount a TFT on hinges on the back of the A1200 case. It is a nice mod, but check out that color

According to Individual Computers website, they have begun shipping Amiga 600 memory expansions to Amiga web stores around the world.
The 603-memory expansion features one megabyte of chip-mem, one clockport (yes, what did you expect? this is an Individual Computers product after all
), a realtime clock and finally the socket for the much awaited ECS version of the Indivision scandoubler/flickerfixer wich will be released later this year.
Wow!
Previously on Amiga-news we mentioned the new PC-keyboard interface for Amiga called Lyra 2 from Individual Computers. Lyra 2 supports the MMKeyboard package from Aminet so that you can use all kind of cool multimedia buttons on a PC keyboard connected to a classic Amiga.
According to the author of MMKeyboard the Lyra 2 is a great keyboard converter that is very well designed to work with Amiga hardware.
You should read more about MMKeyboard on the official site
Off course, do not forget Individual Computers, creator of the Lyra 2 keyboard converter
Deneb is a fantastic USB2 card for any Zorro equipped Amiga computer. The Deneb has been highly praised for its excellent functionality now enabling fast USB2 compatibility on big-box Amiga system. Not only does Deneb offer fast USB2 connectivity for USB memory sticks, you can also attach USB sound card –usable with AHI-, USB network sticks and USB to SATA converters to your Amiga very cheap since you can use common PC devices on your classic Amiga.
The first production run of the Deneb has been sold out so thankfully E3B is pleased to announce a new production run of the already legendary USB card. If you want to enhance your big-box Amiga beyond cool and show all those stupid PC-users (lol, what a flashback to the 90’ies, Amiga back for the future) what an Amiga can do, I suggest you make an order now!
There is an exciting question and answer post on Amigaworld.net with Acube system, the guys responsible for the amazing new AmigaOS 4.1 compatible motherboard SAM 440.
(06) In a perfect world, what would you like to see accomplished with regards to the Amiga, both classic and next generation – hardware and software.
We would like to see new software for Amiga that fills the gap between us and other platforms. A complete web browser, an office suite and all other programs that are needed for everyday use. On the hardware side it would be nice to have some new and powerful accelerator boards for the classic and new more powerful and cheaper NG hardware.
Positive and great news!
Amiga premium hardware manufacturer Individual Computer have released some news for the hungry Amiga community.
What about Clone A?

The new scandoubler for the Amiga 1200 by Individual Computers has been reviewed at Vintage Amiga Hardware News.
The Indivision A1200 AGA scandoubler is probably the most powerful scandoubler ever for the A1200 and had great display quality. It is a great addition to a A1200!
But head on over to the Vintage Amiga Blog and read the Indivision review now!
Recently a second hand external Amiga scandoubler went for about 900 dollars on eBay. Scandoublers and flicker fixers are one of the most sought after hardware devices for Amiga fans. There are rumors that a couple of different scandoublers are under development but until those are released you can preorder a scandoubler made by a private person who previously have made scandoublers for Atari.
The scandoubler is mounted in an external box, connects to 23-pin video port of Amiga and works great with TFT. Best of all is price, 65 dollar excl shipping is really good price.
Negative parts it that it does not show full palette in AGA modes (as most scandoublers do no).
For more information about ordering one yourself, read here (link to Amigaworld forums)
Someone on a1k.org have spoken to BPlan about producing new PPC cards for classic Amiga. Development would cost 50.000 euro. What productions would cost is unknown. However you can follow the thread on a1k.org, keep in mind it is in German language though!
The long awaited Amiga 500 clone Minimig is finally available to Amiga fans and new owners of the long awaited hardware are posting impressions. Most seem very positive but there has been some noise about the compatibility of Minimig.
According to Dennis who designed Minimig for his own personal use and made the design freely available Minimig was never intended to be 100% compatible with A500.
Even though compatibility is not 100% it is still an awesome piece of hardware and a way forward for classic Amiga.
